The board-certified internal medicine doctors of Lawler Medical Clinic are dedicated to keeping adult patients healthy and strong. They focus on preventive care and diagnose, treat and manage all types of adult acute and chronic illnesses with experienced, compassionate care. Our internal medicine doctors listen to a patient’s concerns to understand individual needs and ensure the best possible outcomes and a lifetime of wellness.

By seeing an internal medicine physician, Dr. Lawler would serve as your “home” for all medical care and as the starting point for any specialized care. He takes a proactive approach, educating patients and providing annual exams, screenings, vaccinations and other care based on personal health history. Dr. Lawler treats patients for a common cold, or for identifying and treating a more serious illness. He can manage even the most complicated medical conditions and understand how these conditions can become overwhelming to you and your family. If you need specialized care, Dr. Lawler can coordinate with any of the local (SIH, River to River, Prairie Heart, Nephrology Associates) or University based (Barnes/Wash U, SLU, Vanderbilt) specialists. Patients can choose what specialists they want to be referred to and where they would like to receive specialized care.
